Not quite all things HOI are on sale, though. Darkest Hour is, but Arsenal of Democracy isn't (at the moment, might be fixed later). Not sure why. Both are fan upgrades to HOI2DDARM, and both have partisans about which is the better upgrade.


To load up on HOI3, take the following, in order of importance:

HOI3: Collection $6.78 (includes HOI3; Semper Fi; For The Motherland; Sprites for German, Soviet and Japanese Infantry; Soviet Music; general US and Soviet Spritepacks; and three general German Spritepacks) I bolded the most important portions of the collection.

Their Finest Hour $3.38 -- the third big XPack

Common Weapons of WW2 $0.34 -- a true unit and tech pack for the WW2 majors, not merely (or at all?) a sprite pack; unsure if units show up in Finest Hour already (but definitely not one of the previous two XPacks)

Dies Irae Gotterdamerung $0.34 -- beefs up German historical gameplay, not sure how much effect it has on AI Germans; includes a terrain-based unit system
Stars and Stripes $0.68 -- beefs up USA historical gameplay, not sure how much effect it has on AI USA

The previous three are mods which so far as I know cannot all be activated at once or even (legally) combined.

British Vehicle Pack $0.34
Japanese Vehicle Pack $0.34
Italian Vehicle Pack $0.68
Axis Minors Vehicle Pack $0.68
-- I'm pretty sure these are only spritepacks, too, and so don't really affect the game (thus aren't treated as mutually exclusive mods)
