Yes, just the two big DLCs.


I use the GOG version, myself.  The base game has a serial key, the DLCs do not and just install on top.   Base game has some login thing with Triumph Studios that I did once, but you don't actually need to log in to play or install ever again.  Not even sure if you need to create a login at all.
