And you could use Mythic Game Master Emulator and solo play it.  ^-^

It's tempting, I have messed with Mythic and a few other solo systems.

No, I refuse to believe that game is twenty tyearws ... years.... TWENTY YEARSSSSS!! old.

(Literally couldn't type that; amused by the gibberish, kept it for the joke.)

Also, I have an idea to contribute to the Feeling Old 2016 edition thread.
ICEBREAKER THESIS CHRONOLOGY! -- Victor Suvorov's Stalin Grand Strategy theory, in lots and lots of chronological order...
Dawn of Armageddon -- narrative AAR for Dawn of War: Soulstorm: Ultimate Apocalypse

PanzOrc Corpz Generals -- Fantasy Wars narrative AAR, half a combined campaign.

Heh, I still remember when its first video game, Vampire the Masquerade Redemption came out alongside the revised edition.
It was quite awesome (and very revolutionary at its time).

What I love now is the interative Character sheets, no printing do it all on a pdf, and there are plenty for all the WoD and VtM and all there addons. you just click a dot etc.. don't mistake interactive for a normal pdf .

World in Flames is on the Matrix sales list. Haven't heard a word about that game in a long, long time. From what I did read the game was a nearly unplayable mess when released....wonder if it got any better? But even at 30% off it would be $70.00, way over my budget.

Only two games on that list that really interest me is P&S, which I heard is broke unless I'm thinking of something else in that era and tigers on the hunt.
Insert witty comment here.

I don't know where you would have heard that about Pike & Shot - it's a fine game, especially multiplayer.  I guess Sengoku Jidai is too new to be included.  I can wait.

Thanks TGB, I'm probably thinking of something else then.

Others may have had different experiences, but I could never get into Heroes of Stalingrad, always felt like I was battling the interface rather than the enemy.  I very much prefer Tigers on the Hunt...especially with the Advanced Squad Leader counters mod.

Pike and Shot is anything but broken.

It doesn't always play the way some people want it to, but it does play the way it's supposed to, and is also well supported (heavily supported, actually).

There are things about it that I would have done otherwise if I had been designing a game about 16th and 17th century warfare, but it does what it does extremely well, and is a very mature design rooted in tabletop miniatures.

Field of Glory (in all of its iterations) is probably a different story, but I won't comment because I've never played it.
