I always wondered about that. In very cold weather, do children get frozen to the seats of those carts? And have to be.... what? De-Frosted or heat-treated to get their little butts loose? Or maybe they have a ass spatula they use or do they just take the kids out of their pants and leave them frozen to the cart seat? Just curious.
