Wargame Design Studio is pleased to announce our Winter Sale is live Now! Running from December 15th, 2023 until January 3rd, 2024 at 10 PM Eastern Time, USA.

All games that have been out longer than 12 months have been reduced 25% (to $29.95). Only four titles are not included in that:

Philippines '44
Great Northern War
Orel '43
Thirty Years War

In addition to the discount per title, you can also take advantage of a further 20% discount if you make a purchase of $199.00 or more at one time. This discount is Automatic and will be applied as soon as you cross the $199 threshold - and this discount will be taken off the contents of the entire order, no restrictions for any titles. The only exception is Gift Cards do not have their price discounted.

So head on over to the Store and grab a new title, or 10!

Don't buy any of the new releases before next summer and then during the summer sale they should be part of the sale:)

A little bit off topic question.  When updates co e out for the various games, I know you need to install the update file.  For the games that have separate map files on the update page, do you need to update those as well during an update or how do you know when a map update is required?

Those 3D maps never change, so if you got them once you don't need to download again.

Also, they aren't required to play - the games they are listed for have 3D as it is - they are optional maps with a different display style.

Happy New Year! Today Wargame Design Studio brings you the release of Eagles Strike 4.02! Be sure to read the blog post for important details, as you can't get this by applying an update package... you must do a clean install. Again, see blog post for details.

Question for rahamy....I logged onto the WDS site with no problem, but when I go to the forums the login fails.  Do I need a separate login name and/or password to post in the game forums?  Thanks.

Believe that is yes as I have separate account for store and forum.
