Speaking as Napoleon, I can testify that Brant's gif about team task completion is true.

(Also, trying to shortcut this problem when I was getting an MBA, by assuming project leadership when we had none, almost got me kicked out of the MBA course. Shortly afterward, I discovered the course wasn't accredited anyway, and about half the class quit along with me.  O0 :)))
