The physics in this game are amazing. Basically, you wreck vehicles and simulate crashes with road test dummies. It does have simulated fatalities, so be warned.

Apparently it's more than just a wrecker sim, there are also scenarios a career mode, and I think you can modify vehicles adding rocket power and flight.

Sort of reminds me of the Burnout racer/crasher series on Playstation.

YouTuber called FailRace has quite a few neat vids where he uses BeamNG to much hilarity.  Can't say I'm not tempted by this title sometimes.
