Anyone see this pop up on Steam?

The intro is highly annoying (okay, we get it, everyone's connecting for a game, lulz - but you don't need 34 seconds of a 4-minute video to cover that shite), and the animated leaders look very 2003, but there looks like there's a lot of levels to it, even conflict/war (there's a small bit in the video that covers it).
While it looks somewhat intriguing, it also looks like it can very easily be a hot mess.
Garbage. Stay away.
It's been around for a while and garbage seems to be the general consensus.
I had a feeling. Thanks for the feedback.
That's not even their latest version of the game either.......although didn't sound like this version got any better. Still seems like a game to stay away from.

They pretty much release the same game every year with small updates to the database. Great...now they have a picture of a guy that looks like Obama. Too bad the game still sucks and is bugged as hell.

I believe it is version ... 7?
It's as bad as a Derek Smart sci-fi sim.
All that for 17.99 on sale on Steam, too. Ugh, no thanks.
I need a modern Grand Strategy game, but this one sucks. Had the first 2. Both pants, bug fests, and over simplistic military, and over rebellious (outside of France) internal politics.
