Are the races animated on screen?
Yes, in real time if you want. You can speed up the time to make the races go faster. AND you can give racing instructions to your drivers. And you control when they come in for pits stops to change tires.
I'll second the fun racing team management game. The game does not go over board on the management aspects of things. Getting a good setup to race with and putting dollars into the right areas or people is the heart of things. During a race you choose when to pit, tyre type, and if your driver should push (at the cost of tyre wear and higher chance to make a mistake), normal, or conservative (saving tyres, but slower on the track. Weather changes also complicate the decision process. I'll be putting in more time with this over the weekend. O0
