This looks interesting. It's a three part series made by Germans about World War II.

Me? Why yes I did. Three episodes all looking around 90 minutes or so.
I watched the first 10 minutes of it then left...it was late and I get up way too early. It looked decent. I really like that it's a German production and therefore done with subtitles - I prefer that.
It was OK..but pretty unrealistic as far as the friendships go during that period.
I got to the point where the guy rode up to the bar at the beginning and said, "Shalom," and the others replied in kind. I thought, Ruh-roh.
And then?
NO AND THEN!
AND THEN?
NOO AND THENNNN!!!!
...
then Mossad assassination robots come out and start killing zee Germanz with kinetic Star of Davids.
Ze Jews are in spaaaaceee...they're zoomin' around, protectin' the Hebrew raaaaccceeee...
