You can come live up here. It's cheap, there's no hurricanes, and the terrain should remind you of where you were born.
You forgot to mention it will mostly be under water in the next 100 years.
Then I also highly recommend that you stay as far away from the DC area as you can get. :(

At least you guys didn't re-elect Charlie Crist to the governorship. That's a positive. Let's see, he's run as a Republican, as an Independent, as a Democrat....who's taking odds on the Libertarian or the Green Party being his next stop? What a political whore.

Comeback Star. I'm sure there is a nice place in Squirrel Hill that you would love. Pittsburgh is now the Portland of the East. Huge art scene. Burgeoning restaurants, lots of bars, cheap concealed carry permits.
Actually I have a Jewish lawyer (go figure) friend of mine, who is moving back to Pittsburgh from Florida later this month.
one my tenants have a place in Boca Raton that they head to every winter, they seem to like it (they're Jewish and retired, and they have a small business doing awnings). Guess its different for everyone
