Title: Decisive Campaigns 3 latest blog article
Post by: TacticalWargames on November 13, 2014, 05:28:22 PM
WOW. With every new developer article I get more and m,ore excited about this wargame. Finally a wargame that is bringing in new features which not only sound great but I reckon will add so much to immersion.

Any other Grand Strat\Operational scale wargame is starting to fade against this bright shining light.

Check out the latest blog article..He really is going all out to make it interesting playing the defender.

I do believe this engine will be perfect for a WW1 game aswell.

Finally something about the Russian side.  I asked how immersive it can be based on all the previous posts about the Germans.

That sounds awesome. I get a feeling the Russians could be more popular than the Germans in this game.

Agreed.

Often too much focus on the early war Axis ambush heyday in WW2 games.  Not so much when they're on the defensive.  Ya know... about the time the Axis fanboys ragequit once things start turning.  :P

So maybe this one will lend a bit more excitement, even if it's yet another early war Axis-fest.

Agree. I don't think I've ever found a reason to play any game as Russia in 1941 except for CMBB to get the KV-2. I know some don't care for the whole Political Points thing but I like the series balance between the historical and the possible. Any news on a release date?

I cannot wait for this, and agree it's good to see the Reds getting some love.

Echoing Sir Slash -- Is there any indication of when this might come out?
