One of the proudest pieces of my diecast collection is a 1/72 scale model of "Bunnie", a P-51D which was flown by Roscoe Brown in the MTO circa 1945.

While sad, I do find it kinda cool that these two signed up together, and then died the same day. Now that's friendship!
