Now I'm worried about the long term security of Israel.
In theory the F-35 has a longer range than the F-16 but it would still need to refuel if they're planning on using these to hit Iran.
All thanks to some corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who took bribes to advance the purchase of the crappy, over-price and over-hyped untested plane
instead of a more reliable, quality proven F16. (Which would have cost a small percentage of this) :-[

Well Israel will finally test it and mod it out to make it super.
Aint no faster way to get combat time on it.
I look forward to the USAF buying the operational model back from the IAF.

I cannot believe what I'm reading out of Europe.
I watched a documentary the other day that almost made me puke. How people like Desmond Tutu are vilifying Israel and tacitly supporting others to castigate Jews; going so far as to equate supporters of Israel to Nazis, fully aware of the irony and intentionally making the comparison to be hurtful.
It is stunning and deeply upsetting.

all things considered Im pretty satisfied with Israels security at the moment.
On the bright side, the Israelis might actually come up with all the fixes needed.
Maybe that was the plan all along...

That was my end-game joke for the WW2 extension I wrote to the WW1 barfight. (Israel picks itself up from being stomped on by Germany, decides to dedicate itself and its family fortune to learning all martial arts and spy skills, becoming the Batman. US is so impressed it volunteers to be Alfred.)
