I was expecting this sooner or later as it was apparent that Adhesive Games was kaput and Hawken was dead in the water.

QuoteReloaded Games takes over development of HAWKEN
Reloaded Games has taken over the HAWKEN IP and will soon be resuming development of the game. Initially time will be spent finding their feet, and getting an idea for what is awaiting them in the development process. Once they find their feet, a development team for the game will be put together, and priority focus will be on issues like the following.
Fix password reset
Get forums working again.
Fix deployment issues
Fix backend tools systems
Fix certain bugs that have cropped up
Get Hawken more stable
Begin planning new updates and future changes.
There is not an official press release or anything like that as of yet, that I am aware of. If one comes up, it will be added to this post.
For the question many of you are asking: What happened to Adhesive and the original development team? Again, there is no official release on this as of yet, but here's the long story short. Adhesive was going bankrupt because the game was not making a sustainable amount of money, and the development team wound up having to be dissolved. The developers at Adhesive did not abandon the game - certainly not by choice. The game was floating in the void for a long time there, with no one able to put in time to keep things running and working at full capacity, but things lasted a surprisingly long time, even without this input.
Recently, within the last couple of months, servers and systems were being prepared for the transfer to Reloaded Games so they could begin development themselves. This is why, particularly recently, certain systems have been falling over, and then getting repaired.
The producer Capnjosh has been streaming using the OfficialHawken Twitch page[www.twitch.tv] and answering questions, and asking them back to the very excited community at large. He's streamed twice already, and will likely be continuing to do so pretty often going forward. There is no official schedule as of yet.
Cliffnotes:
Reloaded Games is in charge of Hawken.
Capnjosh is the callsign of the new producer.
Stuff will take a little bit of time to get back on its feet.
We should see some more development in the coming months.

Unofficial Public Hawken Teamspeak: ts5.gameservers.com:9152 (Requires a Teamspeak client to access, don't paste this into a web browser it won't work.)

If there is something not on here that should be, please let me know and I can edit the post to add it.
See you all in game, pilots!
I wish them luck as I still consider Hawken to be the best mech game out there.

QuoteHawken arriving in our CA office this afternoon. Or rather - the hardware components formerly known as Hawken's dev systems (most of the software was transferred online which is how capnjosh has been able to work so far). We are posting this to give you a picture of the crazy amount of work that lies ahead for capnjosh (pictured on the left) and his team, both mental and physical. Godspeed to them all!

Here's hoping they're able to keep things chugging along. I noticed a couple videos were put up on YouTube a few days ago, so I'm taking that as a cautiously optimistic sign.
