Looks like he's trying to subvert the lawful nationhood of the country of Paraduin, which has a priori sovereignty by anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on where you read about it. Paraduin has already appealed to the armed forces of Croatia for help in resolving the crisis. There are rumors that Croatia may sent at least one or possibly two traffic cops to assess the situation.
I hear Putin might be sending volunteers disguised as tanks...... ::)
