Bergen County yes, Hackensack no.
I've visited Bergen County many times. I have relatives there. From what I've seen it's mostly all white-bread suburbs. But Hackensack is more like a borough of New York City.

The NCIS season ending cliffhanger plot was about a British chaos terrorist pretending to be an Islamic high-school-terrorist recruiter, and recruiting (mostly) Middle-Eastern kids for blowing up people as though they were Muslim terrorists. But not.
