Now having lived in Perth Australia I see this as a win win since they have over 20781 Km of coast, lots of illegal fishing for sharks and reef species from Indonesian and Chinese large scale fishing operations fisherman, and a huge amount of shipping that is vulnerable transiting from Freemantle.
