After reading Besilarius's very interesting article on the origins of Ice Cream I found this...

Call me crazy but I really want to try the "Pit Viper" style of Ice Cream.

Sadly this list doesn't have the worst ice cream I have ever eaten, Wasabi ice cream in of all places Florence, Italy. Not disgusting persay, just not enjoyable in the slightest.

A really thorough list.
Still, it all comes down to personal taste. The never again choices would be Chicken Mint or Egg Salad Ripple.
