I think this would be a great backup for a GM if it was sold today in a pdf format that was printer friendly. You could read it on an ebook and print what you were going to use.
I have tons of similar things from Judges Guild back in the day that I have kept.
If they released a PDF w/ color maps, I'd be all over it.... depending on price, of course :)
