They've had new singing fairies for a while (even in the Showa series if I recall correctly).
I was going to be surprised they lived that long -- survived by her sister? By no one else?? That seems sad... -- but there are some actors going back even to the very first movie who made it this far, or nearly so (to the end of the 3rd movie series anyway).
