Interesting but a non-event.
Gathering more evidence for the UN Wargames-Warcrimes Tribunal no doubt. I confess to occasionally scanning the Total War battlefields at the end of a battle, taking in the scenes of masses of bodies(usually my soldiers) and destruction and thinking it looks kind of epic. Same for CMBN with the burning tanks or knocked-out guns or bunkers. It has an almost sad quality to it.
When the tribunal does come about I am afraid I will be indicted. Mostly for TW-related crimes.

My most recent war crimes are in Warlock.
I mercilessly hunted down some rats that wandered into my territory. For that I know I'll have to pay.
Is 'rats' code for something else or were they actually rats? If it's the latter I think you're ok. The former, not so much.

Everything is a code. Everything. This is an open channel. We can't ever speak plainly.
Oh dear.

It's worse than that. I haven't played Warlock in almost a week. Diablo is sucking up all my time. And I don't even like the game that well.
Diablo is good for what it is but I find now that I want a little more meat. Warlock has meat.

I can't wait for the multiplayer module to come out. (that's code for - after 50 hours of play I'm getting bored with the single-player game)
Me too. This has been a good gaming year. It has been months since I've played anything history-based too, and that's something. Looks like the trend will continue too with Endless Space, Legends of Pegasus, and then later on Dishonored and Dark. It used to take a lot to get me to not play history-based titles. Now there is a lot of high quality stuff.

I miss mercilessly torching cities. Is their an option for that?
^You can rain fire down on them. Does that count?

You've violated the Prime Grammar Directive... Judgement and Punishment will be swift.

And at the same time, play Tarkus by ELP....."Confusion...will be my epitaph"..classic!
I used Brain Salad Surgery as my avatar a long time ago. Or was it Wizards and Demons by Uriah Heep? Yeah. It was definitely Wizards and Demons.
