I pre-ordered this over a year ago. I got word that it'll be shipping very soon and they've now released .pdf versions of the rulebook and scenarios. Very much looking forward to giving it a whirl. (Finding someone at the FLGS willing to give it a go is another matter...)

I'll believe it when I see it. I have the three original games, and this has been on the go for at least 3 years with delay after delay. If it turns up in the shops, I might buy it, although I'm far more interested in what is supposed to be the next game in the series, 'First Men In'.
