Sony has moved forward with the proposed 21 Jump Street / MIB crossover (based on the surprisingly popular action/comedy film duology).
I should probably quit reading the internet for at least a day. It isn't good for me.

I mean.. I really did enjoy the first 21 Jump Street movie remake. It turned out to be far more hilarious than I expected.
But that & MIB are two different types of humor IMO.
It does remind me that I've been wanting to watch 21 & 22 JS for a while...
I'm sorry but not surprised that (the aging) Will Smith and (the ever-aging) Tommy Lee won't be returning; they wouldn't be a good fit and it's time to pass the torch anyway. MIB3 was a fine send-off and love-letter from both of them to the franchise.
didnt that second jump street go straight to video? dont recall it being in the theaters for very long. might as well throw magic mike into the mix. what female alien doesnt love a a bare chested channing tatum?

I was very hesitant until a couple people insisted I'd enjoy the new
21 Jump Street movie. Sure enough, I did.
The somewhat demented humor was good, but what really put it a step above was the way it ridiculed some of the excessive PC/SJW/Greenchurch tendencies today. ;D
