This news event occurred on March 17th and is a little dated, but I just learned of it today. So here goes:
An on duty letter carrier was arrested in Brooklyn, New York while he was delivering (or trying to deliver) the mail. Here's a YouTube video of what happened:

With the Postal Inspectors being involved, the four cops could be in for even more trouble than that brought about by an internal affairs investigation.
It's hard to tell what really happened prior to the police arresting the guy. I see in one of the reports that it is alleged that the police were plain clothed and came close to running him over, whereupon he mouthed off at them. Hardly an arrestable offence at first sight, but I don't really know why they felt they had to arrest the guy. Maybe they had cause, maybe not, but it's hard to tell on the evidence and the after the event reports.
