All kidding aside,
My son was infected with C. Diff after his bowel resection and it was horrendous. He had constant diarrhea (epic stuff w/ blood and mucus and SMELL) and was in a lot of pain. Luckily he got over it but it took many weeks. If the doctors had offered a pill with medical-grade freeze-dried poop in it I would have given it ASAP.
If I ever suffer the same ailment I hope the 'poop pill inoculation' is already available. After seeing what my son went through I would not hesitate.

I'm certainly glad your son made a full recovery Stagger. As a Nurse, we were required to instruct all our patients on what their meds were and what they were for. I think I would've had a hard time selling the Poop Pill Theory to anyone. But if it's successful, does that mean we are all now Dispensing Pharmacies? Mine comes with a distinctive Hot Sauce flavor---- sorry, couldn't resist.

My wife had c-diff from anti-biotics. She ate a lot of yogurt with probiotics and it helped a lot. I'd eat that until it came out of my ears before I ate poop pills!

I tried Probiotic pills with him as well. I'm sure it helped but it took a loooooong time to get better.
