Lets see. The parents can smoke weed in front of their kids. But if they get to see a little thigh, it's corrupting. I guess if they were Trans-Gender Hooters girls/boys, it would be OK. I worked on staff at Scout summer camps for several years. Believe me, if those parents had any idea what the full-time staff get up to, they would be begging to have those young women back.
