Again.  This one never goes away.
Kind of like Japan invading California.

"Expedition Unknown" on the Travel Channel explored this one recently along with some other so called 'secret' German sites. They of course didn't find anything either but there sure are a whole lot of un-explored tunnels all over Poland and Germany from after the war. Along with some compelling evidence to support the idea that the Nazis' hid a lot of stuff that's never been found. One area in Austria has radioactive material buried there too dangerous to approach still today.

There are some Japanese ones too.

Didn't some Japanese guy find dig up a gold Buddha statue back in the '70s, while searching for one of the Imperial stashes?

Yes, Yamashita's Gold. A whole trove of gold and valuables from all over the Pacific hidden in the Phillipines. Ferdinand Marcos got hold of a bunch of it but supposedly there's much more yet to be found.

I watched a documentary on it 4-5 years ago.  They put forth the case that gold was recovered and that the CIA funnelled it to anti-communist groups in China via the Yakuza during the late 40s and 50s.
