Its a 4x simulator, that has a sandbox mode where you can take over an empire and command certain parameters and see how that changes your progress.
Not a serious 4x at all, but a $2 curiosity that allows you to fiddle about with the simulation and see what happens.
4x strategy players might want to look into it, even if they're put off by the garish colours, simply to poke around and mine through the mechanics of the simulation. Just thought it might be of some interest to someone here...

I wonder how coincidental it is, that the game is called "Galimulator", and features a hollow planet as its... ensignia?... like the planet Gamilon from Star Blazers which was known in its original Japanese as "Gamilas". And the modern remake/update of which recently finished its first season.
