Seems to be a common occurrence in my brother-in-law's area. Some recently graduated Mounties in the Atlantic Provinces haven't drawn their gun after their first 3 years and he can't even remember how many times he's drawn it in a month. I keep hoping that he gets a transfer east before his luck runs out!

Sure there is .... just that most of it is in towns near Lesser Slave Lake (St. Albert by Edmonton is a french speaking/catholic enclave holding out against heathen anglais) . But that is only part of the issue.... there ain't no redneck like a francophone redneck!
