As title states - what's your poison of choice. Could be a triple espresso with cream to a boiler maker.
For me...mid grade 10-12 yr scotch neat...the peatier the better.
Sailor Jerry with Vernors Ginger Ale.
Woodford reserve bourbon with a cube of ice.
Jim Beam & 7-UP. Smooth as a baby's butt.
I love peaty Scotch. Right now I have Lagavulin 16 yr.
Also in the current lineup, some Four Roses Small Batch bourbon and some Singleton 12yr (not peaty) Scotch.
Cabernet Sauvignon, preferably the dryer styles. Love anything from Coonawarra.
If I dont have that. Straight chilled Bailleys works a treat.
Red wine from the valley of the river Ahr, where I live, white wine from the Moselle wine region and Rhine-Hesse. German beer and Belgian Trappist beer, Single Malt Scotch and high quality Bourbon. Currently enjoying Rochefort beer and Laphroaig Quarter Cask :bd:

I'm a sucker for just about any non-bitter, non-dark regional/craft beer or ale. For regionals, Leinenkugel's has long been a particular favorite, as are Summit and Samuel Adams.

I heard monkey shoulder is a really good inexpensive scotch if you like the sweeter variety. Haven't tried it myself though

I like it. Much smoother than most ciders I've had. I tried it at the Tedeschi Trucks Band concert when it was the only cider they had, and turns out I really like it. I don't care how 'mainstream' it might be, I like it.

But we went to Barbados on a cruise recently and got six bottles of Four Square Spiced Rum which we drink with diet Ginger Beer.
