the App is meant to be real simple, just add images, that's it no setup files, its like ZunTzu except you can download it and run it on a PC without internet, and its realy aimed at solo gamers, but the save file is easily passed to players , you could even have 10 a side if you wanted

you can add maps boards and rulers etc...

Ive done a demo module to show how easy it is to setup

gameleaper, I love the improvements! Is it possible to make the window any larger? This is a useful tool for me for RPG tactical combat. I'm going to add it to my digital RPG tools.  :smitten:

Much better. It is wider now and gives more terrain real estate.  O0

that's great! I just added a map output to it, if you get a chance see if it works? and remember I strenched the input map so it wont look great.

added a ghost save, to show old positions of chits for PBEM, or for solo when you want to know where you moved your chits from, the ghosts shows lines too.

thanks, I put the source code with it too.

what I'm doing now is grabbing miniature tabletop views and editing out the units , so I can play on them with the app.

All you need is a way to measure distance by clicking on two points!  :D

True, but I've discovered it gets a little difficult when your units are a couple of screens away.

I think you just make a big long ruler and then rotate it to the angle you want , the move it, and rightclick to move map while your holding it, did you know you can ZOOM in and out, also, switch on centre dots, so you can see where to select the ruler from

Not a bad idea. You could create several measuring rulers for different levels of zoom. You would have to be careful to keep everything to scale but it should work.

I just stretched the ruler image for a quick example, but the app did not scale it I did it in a paint program, then I added it as a chit, I zoomed out

Ok bb, I added a measure as you suggested, and set a scale of 20pixels per CM, I made the rulers to scale, and added a metre ruler too. but your still free to use a different scale, zooming auto scales up and down too. I put you in the credits too :) it was a really good suggestion bb, you have a good knowledge of game mechanics
