Title: Nuclear accident in Russia or Kazakhstan?

Anybody hear anything about this?  Sounds like there may have been a leak or accident at a reactor in Russia last week.

I ran across a couple of articles about this. It sounds like a minor accident of some kind. No doubt we will see an increase of these incidents as the more remote vestiges of the old USSR's vast nuclear program decay in place.
