WOWs, War of Rights, Steel Division. Tried a little dreadnought but was a little underwhelmed.
I will also be trying the new naval action sailing mechanics.
I will probably spend time in Rise of Flight, DCS and IL2 mapping out my new Joystick. Also so more time in Project Zomboid. Happy New Year all!
Still on the mean streets of disease ravaged NYC in The Division but I'm taking my murder hobo to new places via the Underground DLC (picked up the Season 1 Pass same time I picked the game up at the first of the year and that was part of it). Pretty good fun so far and looking forward to doing a multi-phase operation as I've just done single mission runs up till now.
Looking at my stats, I've killed over 8000 bad guys at this point. Think I'm on track to be a worse killer of people than the actual disease was by the time it's all said and done.
Will cut out early today and "clean up around the house" (i.e. get some time in with PU's Battleground) so I can say that I've at least played something other than The Division this year.
Non-game wise, I'll be reading up on the Eastern Front, and Modiphius' Conan RPG.

Hoping to start Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Vikings: Wolves of Midgard, and maybe even some Rome II as the Iceni. Also wrestling with what to buy or not buy on sale.
Stellaris - either continue with my current game where I've reached that 'from here I will become the most powerful' point
Or start again as synthetics
Have just spent 50 pounds on primer and paints so it's time to get to work on 1st platoon of the British para group for bolt action

And providing moral support to all the Grogs north of the freezing line this weekend-- I am here for you all. Except for Happy Hour. And Nap Time, which is pretty much any time.

Asid's DOGS OF WAR forum won the Matrix or Slitherine award this year for setting up mp games, specifically on Scourge of War: Waterloo. Which I'll be joining this afternoon again I hope! (I usually can't due to European / US time differences; I'm typically still at work when they start.)

I am eternally grateful for "Another Brick in the Wall" introducing me to Pink Floyd in Jr High.
I've been trying to parse out the changes to game play in Polaris Sector with the Lumens DLC. That got me wanting to play some Distant Worlds this weekend. Not sure I'll come back to Earth in any games or not. I played a round of FTL the other day, I may give it a go as well. I haven't unlocked all the ship types yet.
Elite and Prepar3d for me with some CMANO scenario design thrown in.
Have Pendragon physically on my dining room table but I haven't actually set it up yet.

Ahhhhhh...yes. I've been thinking of going back to this classic, as well...
Got a severe cold to nurse, plus stuff to do around the place (LOTS of stuff), so I don't know I'll be anywhere near a gaming table this weekend, or my PC. I don't get sick all that often (last time was 2+ years ago), so it's weird.
I'm going to at least ogle Captain Nemo's War and Conquest of Paradise (VPG and GMT, respectively) and hope to do some more Colonial Twilight if there is actual time to play and focus long enough.

Probably mostly Rome II (the 270 AD expansion), World of Warships and CLoD Blitz.
Visiting the grandkids so will probably be limited to having the 7 year old grandson kicking my ass at Mario Kart.

Imperium Galactica II as well. I couldn't say what exactly about this game makes it special, but I'm definitely remembering why I considered it to be one of my favorite 4x titles back in the day. Would really wish they'd make a proper sequel.

Really enjoying getting beat up as the Americans in Graviteams 1943 Tunisia campaign. Shermans can take a beating and it's refreshing to see a game model the capabilities of the Sherman realistically. Short of an 88mm gun or a long 75mm on a new PZ IV, no other tank was capable of punching through the armor. It was sloped giving the Sherman superior armor protection than the PZ IV. The "short" 75mm gun was more than capable of punching through the frontal armor of 75% of the tanks the Germans had there.
Dislike playing games where the Sherman blows up if it's looked at wrong and can take out anything with armor

PUBG is admittedly fun but damn I die quick in it.

Still, I don't mind games like that as learning to be better is part of the fun. RO2 was like that too for me.

Indeed, it is a very deadly game(as is RO2). I always try to parachute into a destination where I'm alone, so that I have time to gather weapons and such. I don't seem to fare too well when I parachute into the same town with 10 other people and have to face combat within 30 seconds. My best game is when I lived to be #3, and I've only had one game where I had more than one kill. It's a challenging game, for sure!
Can't play anything because some recent Steam update has made it so those games don't launch anymore. So effectively locked out of 90% of my games! ☹

I've had this issue happen to me before but it's not necessarily Steam.
2 issues that caused problems for me were
1) DX either got corrupted or I missed an update. Got most recent update from MS site and was good to go.
2) Either a steam or a driver update wouldn't play nice with msi afterburner. Everything was CTD on startup. As soon as I turned off afterburner everything ran fine.
