WWII minis wargaming tomorrow.
On the fence about picking up CY6. Probably play some CoD: Infinity War on XB One.
HOI 4 Waking The Tiger & Kingdom Come.
Off today but busy tomorrow.
Still working on Xenoblades but also thinking I want to spend some time on the PC side, maybe even an actual wargame like DC Barbarossa or WitW
I suppose Battle of Stalingrad or Battle of Moscow as they're new. Maybe some Project Cars 2 and F1 2017
Final weekend of the 6 Nations - so I wouldn't imagine a whole lot of gaming.
Also, I'll be working on my Airfix 1/72 P-51D model my daughter's boyfriend got me
Happy gaming groggies :notworthy:
Technically unemployed today as I start a new job on Monday so extra day of gaming! O0
More exploration of CY6. Having fun so far but it's not without it's flaws.
Jena Kriegsspiel continues... lots of action on the 19th of Oct. 1806!
More Stellaris. I'm liking the changes so far. Playing on a 1000 star, 2 arm spiral with 9 other empires and 1 fallen. Set the star lanes to 75% and it's created some great choke points.
More Genesis on VASSAL. My inbred Egyptian Empire might finally get it's collective shit together this turn... :P
Some VASSAL work... even though I retired form that...
Some DIY basement finishing work to get done.
mirth...I love me some Pink Floyd. O0 HoI4 and Torment: Tides of Numenera
American Yardwork Simulator will be my jam this weekend along with looking for a car (Mrs.' got all smashed up two days ago in winter weather) and the possibility of becoming a foster parent to our Neice's one year old (bad stuff going down there, so I don't mind but still I'm fourteen years out of experience with such a small one in the home), so...yay.
So if/when I do get some down-time, I think I'm going to be shooting things; need to dust off the R6 Siege and see what that new zombie mode is about.
Have a good one, folks!
Mostly Surviving Mars I suspect. Maybe more Civ6 Rise and Fall.

Mates want to play hearts of iron 3 but it just does not grab me.

Wish I could get some Total War team mates! I know you're in the wrong time zone. I played with my sons the other night. They did well, but I couldn't convince them to keep playing. My older son wants me to play League of Legends with him, which I'll do some with him this weekend for bonding time. Younger son would rather play Stellaris/Hoi IV MP with his online friends.
@Ian C: Glanced at your post and saw "Wanking the Tiger". I can't even imagine what I thought that was.
Will pick up CY6 for my son so we can have at. As I said elsewhere, and agreeing with Vance, it's basically good, but needs work. Hope they commit to improvements. It could be very good.
19th October, as Vance indicates, was a bit nuts in the Jena KS. LONG fatigue calculation phase, probably on Saturday.
Battle of Auerstedt (JTS) with Doug. At present it's all Lipizzaners pirouetting in the mist.
Playtest X2
Finished 53 out of 96 in the last FoG2 tournament and have signed up for the next one. Another 100-member bang-a-rang.

Might look into BoX, otherwise the usual World of Warships.
Dammit Carl! Good luck... that is quite the challenge.
At first I loved World in Conflict but it's beginning to feel a little dated to me now...still solid but I am falling out of love for it a bit. Can anyone recommend other Cold War themed RTS or FPS games?
Also March Madnessing.

I can relate, as I'll be playing
Laminate Flooring Installation Simulator. <:-)
Sorry to hear about your wife's car and your niece. Uffda, that's some heavy stuff to all happen at the same time!
Talk of playing games depresses me these days. :-\
What
I think his computer has the flu.
Yeah but he has several healthy rigs.
Got my 34 UltraWide in!
Stellaris - Just launched my first 2 TITAN ships = Time to pick a FIGHT
X-Rebirth - Just want to revisit and play = Show me your Wares PLEASE!
X-COM2 - Long War Mod = Because anything less would be UNCIVILIZED!
Ultimate General - continue my lackluster campaign = Stop running AWAY!
X-Plane 11
May sprinkle something else in there..... Action Golf etc...

Not several...a couple. In any event...details, details. :crazy2:
Its my GeForce 1080, 32GB Ram monster that is sick...its what I play on the most. :-[
To may to
To mah to
Age of Charlemagne TW when it's quiet and I got time to think a little and Birth of America 2: The French and Indian War scenario when it's NOT quiet for a brief distraction. Happy St. Paddy's Day Grogs everywhere. :bd:
Northgard - picked this up when it hit 1.0. Not sure what I think of it yet. It's not really what I expected. But I'll plug away at it for a bit longer before making my mind up
Stellaris - probably
Deep Sixed - spaceship engineer/captain simulator! What's not to love?
Can't really decide, either Civ VI R&F or Endless Space 2 or AoW III probably.
Tomorrow mainly watching the Six Nations and hopefully an Ireland Grand Slam :)
I have been working my way through Deus Ex GOTY. I managed to tweak it to run full screen on my 1920x1080 monitor and it does not look too bad. The gameplay is great.

^Delightful.
Were it not taken, I would demand a change to the name of this forum:
According to the site, "talking cock" is "a local Singaporean term meaning either to talk nonsense or to engage in idle banter."

I just played three hours of
Crawlspaceworld: Plumbing Repair. #:-)
Played some Vermintide II today and went on a hike. There's a 3-day miniatures/wargaming convention happening in town this weekend so I'm headed off there soon. Going to play Lock 'n Load Heroes of Normandy tonight. Not sure about tomorrow. A couple of friends are running a demo table for Star Wars Armada so I might go pester them for a bit. Someone's running a Rorke's Drift minis game in the afternoon that I'd like to get in on. Want to get in some IL-2 Kuban and some Stellaris on Sunday/Monday then it's on to night shifts next week.
JD,
How is Project Cars 2 compared to the first one? I'm currently obsessing over Assetto Corsa, the Porsche DLC - The mighty 917(30)! - which I must confess I currently lack the skills to drive.
Anyone have an opinion on Call of Duty: Ghosts for SP? It's on sale for ~20.00 and I loved Infinite Warfare.

Wanted to play Surviving Mars but have been mostly sick in bed (Flu). I thought i wouldn't get it this year but it got me in the end. #:-)

Damn, hope you feel better soon Anguille!
Hearts of Iron Waking The Tiger after checking which mods survived the new patch & dlc.
Feel better Anguille.

Congrats to Ireland. I think England's "win at all costs" attitude has shown them up this year!

Fun games, thanks for hooking up We didn't do too bad, even in the losses.
Played some Breach and Clear and a bit of Door Kickers...Door Kickers is more fun for me.
Still may pick up Call of Duty: Ghosts as well.
Every time I read Door Kickers all I see are people forcing their way into Walmart on Black Friday.
^I would play that.

I know you don't necessarily like CDKEYS.com, but Ghost only $5 there....might make your decision easier.

Wow. Thank you. Kind of a no brainer there...even if a bit, 'gray market.'
Have you played COD Ghosts?

i have not played...might pick up though
I bought it and installed it with no issues through CDKeys. I still can't shake that feeling that they are a gray market site, though. The way they present your key, basically a picture of it scribbled on a napkin, is the most disconcerting. But hey whateva.
