One of the bases was Fort Belvoir. I worked there for 8 years and it's about 6 miles from my house. Another base was Dahlgren. That's a little tyke further away, but I get down there every couple of months.

It turns out that the package sent to Fort Belvoir was sent to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.  They are on Fort Belvoir North, which is two miles from my house.
