Starting early because 4 day weekend! :D
VASSAL Genesis
Jena KS
Civ VI
Stellaris
And maybe finally learn how to play Next War: Poland on the table.
Until my new computer arrives, no computer games for me. Too many blue screens of death.

That's the worst. I know exactly how you feel.
I'm going to play some ARMA 3 tanks dlc, tinker with Men of war Assault Squad 2 mods and probably....Far Cry 5 :-[
Moar DESERT WAAAGH! -- if anyone else has it and wants to try the Italians against me in Operazione E, let me know.
Beyond that, unsure for the nonce.
BH....didn't think I'd like your song choice, but I must say, I enjoyed it....! Well done. Not sure about gaming this weekend. Maybe get back to my Stellaris campaign.
Probably lots of TW Arena.. and maybe something else.. .something else.. what to play, what to play

Me too! \o/
This weekend I will be pretty much playing
Warframe exclusively because I'm hopelessly addicted to it.
Although I will be having my usual weekly multiplayer session with my group, so I'm sure we'll play some
Rusted Warfare and maybe one or two others.
Finishing Call of Duty: Ghosts but after that I have no idea - I have 8-9 games to choose from but don't know what to try next.
You and your so-called "weekends." Pffft.
Anyhoo, I'm pretty much all Red Orchestra 2 (WW2 and Viet Nam) all the time at this moment as it gives me my "smarter than average, but not ARMA level of fiddlyness," war themed shooter fix.
Had a utterly nail-biting game last night as US forces defending a fire base on top of a hill. If there was any gripe I have, it's that reloading an AR takes too long in the game, in my opinion (but that may be a thing that gets faster the higher in level you get with the weapon - I just don't know).
Have fun folks, and stay safe.
Does Canada get the Monday after Easter off too? :notworthy:

Well... not everyone... but I've made a deal that my Design Office does. ;)
Really enjoying OOTP 19. I took a break from OOTP last year and never wound up buying 18, as it just didn't seem to offer much new. But I really like the improved interface in 19, plus the 3D players are fun -- and in fact, can be made to look pretty sharp if you tweak some of the camera settings:

Anyway, always love getting into some OOTP as the MLB season gets underway...
Age of Charlemagne TW where we just beat the pudding out of the Danes and won a big battle against the Lombards in Italy. Fast running out of enemies to pummel in this one so next it'll be either south to clear-out the Moslems in Spain or across the channel to invade Britain. Now if I could get my idiot half-brother Carloman to confederate with us, it would be game over. Guess I'll have to have a 'Frank' conversation with him. :2funny: And there's an Easter Egg Hunt with the grandkids Sunday that I'm REALLY looking forward to. ::) Happy Easter Grogs.

That guy looks like he's really got the clap. ::)
I've been struggling the past week to sum up the motivation to play Conflict of Heroes (the cardboard version not the computer one). I'm finding it really hard after a long day at work to sit down and read the manual and setup the board. It's so much easier to hop on the computer and play something with minimal effort.
I really want to play my board games but my brain is overloaded and not motivated. I need help! :-[
Take a nap. That'll clear things up for you. Works for me. :bd:

I'm afraid if I take a nap I'll wake up the next morning and have to go to work! But maybe I need to give this a try over the weekend.

Haha! Yes you have a point but then my poor cardboard games will feel sad and neglected.

Thanks, that particular mouthful of beer looks much better on my keyboard than it would have in my stomach! ;D
Last night I worked a bit more on my Napoleon vide. Had to rewrite and rerecord two paragraphs of my script three times when I realised there was stuff that kept messing up my chronological editing. That hurt. All that's left to do now is the battle of berezhina.
Gaming wise, trying to get the batter half to play some l33t Souls with me and maybe some steel division
At first, the nap gives you the energy to achieve your goal, playing the game. However, eventually the nap becomes the desired goal itself and the game is forgotten.
Hof - your Napoleon vid? Are you the next Stanley Kubrick?

I'm exactly the same way. The last thing that I want to do after work is bust out a board game. Much easier to just play digital.

I have three videos detailing Napoleon's actions in the invasion of Russia. For the first two the script it decent, but the editing sucks. This last one is all about the retreat from Moscow. Last night I finished editing the troop movements that lead to the battle of the berezhina river.
Yo know the end of the second season of the walking dead, with the zombies all going to farmhouse and the dramatic music. I used that music for the segment and it crescendos when Napoleon, Wittgenstein, kutuzov and chuchagov all converge at Borisov. It's dramatic and cheesy and I LOVE IT
Can I call you Stanley?
Excellent song choice. Didn't know it.
Playing mostly Endless Legend and Civilization VI. I play my first full game of both and am having fun with Civilization VI...my first impressions were bad but now i really have the one more turn thing and i can't stop playing it. On my list is still Surviving Mars but the lack of tutorial keeps me from playing it...guess i am getting old.
How are you liking Endless Legend? Going to start a campaign soon.
Going to play a little Lords of the Fallen, Planescape: Torment and a dwarf Warhammer: Total War game very soon too.

It's a really good game. The music and artwort are awesome. The factions are really different. I mostly like the better option you get in battles compared to other similar games. You can place the units and have better control over the result of the battles (imho).
Stupid OneDrive just deleted my current campaign in Civilization VI. :tickedoff:
Thanks Anguille - and hopefully you had that campaign backed up somewhere.
It's always nice to have another long weekend. Actually spent most of my gaming doing TW Rome 2.. TW Arena must've put me in the mood!... Also dabbled a little bit in the CMANO tutorial (think I will like this one, once I figure it out).
Hmm Lords of the Fallen had good combat but the save system sucked...every time you get beat you have to start an area all over again. Deleted off my system!
Then I started Dead Light - tons of atmosphere, much less combat, but great mood for a side scroller. And better saves. Imagine a creepier Mark of the Ninja.
I'll buy that for a dollar. And did :)

Yeah, just like the Dark Souls series that it
copies is an
homage to. Some people actually prefer it this way, because it "doesn't hold your hand" or whatever. Life's too short, in my opinion.
Fully agree. I didn't suck as badly at Lords of the Fallen as I did at Dark Souls but I hate the lack of save. Dead Light has really grabbed me, however.
FINALLY FINISHED THE NAPOLEON VIDEO.
Just gotta work on the outro tomorrow. Polish it up, draft it to some people and upload it on monday/tuesday!
GIGGITY! :bd:
That will cost you one nickel, please.
For the record, I definitely like Napoleon videos!

That was Gus.
I did audition for Abba.
Me too. Didn't make it because I could never correctly spell the band name. :-\
