I'm on standby for any such spills in Scotland.

I'm drinking as much scotch as I can to prevent this tragedy from happening to it.

I can guarantee it'll all have been 'cleared up' before you even get yer coat on!
Rum ≠ Bourbon

My wife and I toured the Jack Daniels distillery in Kentucky. Seeing one of those aging warehouses is inspiring. They have the same thing at Rum Distilleries in the Caribbean but the rum is not aged as long.
The smell of aging rum in big casks is wonderful.
Rum only ages until it gets to my house.
Yo ho ho?
Stop making all that noise! I'm hungover.

Leaking bourbon from the Kentucky distillery accident killed hundreds of fish, state says (https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/26/us/bourbon-distillery-accident-fish-kill-trnd/index.html)
But I'm sure they died happy!
One got out 15 time to go for a pee.
The Haddock have pickled themselves?
Oh no! The rest is ruined!!!! (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/barton-1792-distillery-collapse-today-latest-updates-2018-07-04/) :hide: :'(
QuoteFollowing the first collapse, a Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet spokesman said Sazerac would be cited for failing to report the spill of whiskey in a timely manner and for polluting waters. The spokesman said Barton 1792 moved quickly to stop the alcohol from entering the creek but didn't alert the state quickly enough.
They didn't call me, so they clearly weren't very serious about containing the spill.
^I know! What a waste!
I propose this is proof (no pun intended) of Kentucky's inability to be responsible for our country's Bourbon production. I think we should move the distillery to a more competent location like, my back yard. Any alcohol spills would not affect the local population at all as they're already high on crack and meth, so.... win/win.
I have a basement that could store a dozen barrels or so.
Is that the one where you keep the buried bodies or is that a different one?

You have a point there.
