I've got a question mark in my title for President Trump, because as of an hour ago the envelope was still reported as being tested. But the other two, against SecDef Mattis and Chief NavOps Richardson, tested positively for ricin.
Note that this is field testing, which can bring a false positive; lab testing apparently hasn't been done yet.
Other contents of the letters (the things actually written to the targets) haven't been released yet.
Ted Cruze also received a suspicious mail at the same time, but has tested negative for anything harmful. (So possibly coincidence there.)

Fox News had a report that a suspect(s) was in custody last night. Linked to former members of the military I believe. Also said the material wasn't Ricin but Poppy seeds, or whatever flowers Ricin is made of. Can't recall.

The guy was in the Navy 20 years ago and busted down in grade at least twice. Was discharged after 4 years as an E-2. Let's be careful to not make it sound like some vast conspiracy of veterans. This guy appears to be a total loser.
Confirmed to be castor seeds -- from which ricin is certainly made, but it doesn't just pop into place by a random copy error combined with hopes and dreams. ;) It takes a deliberate and involved process, which will probably kill you unless you're intentionally super-careful.
