Did I not include you on the PM I sent out? Let's put it this way. Brant and Gus got pretty messed up a couple of weekends ago and took a certain...ermm...GrogHeads Surveillance CraftTM out for a joyride in the middle of the night.

It <ahem> was not returned in the same condition.

Needless to say, Jarhead and I were pretty pissed when we woke up. It's unclear what the insurance company is doing with the mess they bought.

In Brant and Gus' defense I am sure there is a perfectly logical reason.   It's just like an insurance company to drag their feet on an 'accident that was clearly not their fault.'   ;D

Ha! Written with a straight face about the middle of the article:

QuoteThe owner is willing to consider any reasonable offers including maybe some kind of trade; for low hours, two engine aircraft like a Cessna 421 or similar.

I'm just stunned at how close to the real thing the artist's rendition in the auction header is. I'm having trouble telling them apart- so far all I can come up with is color, size, shape, engine configuration, cockpit layout, and, uh, airworthiness.

They must've been pretty messed up to paint it that putrid green.  :o

But how they only used those little bottles of Testors paint is impressive!
