Sad. I never watched Friends, but I watch Fools Rush In when there is nothing else on and I see it in the guide. I definitely associate Perry with the 90s. I read some of the articles about him...who the hell knew your colon could explode from opioid use!?

raises hand.  mom was over medicated with opioids during one of her bouts with cancer and woke up one day with what she thought was a really bad stomach ache.  that quickly turned into a sharp pain with cold sweats and paleness.  long story short, they had to open her up, remove and clean off every organ in her lower abdomen put it all back and spent a month in surgery rehab. 
if she didnt have jesus level insurance she most likely would have died.

That's a really touching and humble personal statement.  We all have our demons and we all struggle with them, to varying degrees of success.

I know nothing about the guy personally.  His character on Friends was probably my favorite and was a great foil to almost everybody else in the cast.  The dude was a talented actor who brought a lot of laughter into the world for millions of people.
