nuclear war may end if it may be we need science. maybe a substance your fire at a nuke that negates plutonium , like gunk or chewing gum that wraps the missuile and penatrates then changes plutoium into a harmless metal
for example, a magnet can effect metal, so maybe we can find a way to effect plutoium
