Title: Botany. A game of fancy lads picking flowers.

I have a weakness for games set in Victorian times.

On a whim, I picked up a game called Botany.  The game has players taking on the role of Victorian adventurers who traipse the globe in search of rare and exotic plants.  Kind of a silly concept but rhe game proved to be quite a lot of fun and even a little bit viscious.  Falling behind in prestige because the neighbouring estate's greenery is garnering all the attention?  Why not plant some salacious gossip about them in the local rag?  Or better yet, break in to their greenhouse, steal their prized begonias and plant some poisonous weeds in the trellises?

Highlights of the game included thr Indian mogul getting his arm ripped off by his pet tiger, the loud mouthed American tycoon getting bonked on the head, developing amnesia, and believing himself to be a tribesmen from New Guniea, and the ruination of the Victorian lady's reputation after going carriage riding unescorted with Prince Albert.
