This game was just released and seems to be all the rage. It has like 73,000 reviews on steam which are "Overwhelmingly positive". it was just released, so I'm not quite sue how it got that many reviews so quickly.
In any event, thinking about getting it, but considering PS5 since i hear on PC it can be very CPU/GPU intensive, even straining 4090 systems.
Anyone else looking into it, or playing already?

Luckily doesn't release for Xbox for awhile so I won't be tempted to buy it:) but when it does, good chance I purchase.
The sheer volume of reviews is indeed quite ridiculous, at first I thought there might be botting involved, but it seems more likely to simply be due to its popularity in China. Apparently the storytelling relies somewhat on the player being familiar with "Journey to the West" which is assigned reading in Chinese schools.
Game itself looks quite good, I'm not really a God of War type so I don't think I'll bother with it.
I have had it on my wish list for a while. As I learned more about it I got less enthusiastic - it just looks a little bizarre and out there for my tastes. When I'm more in the mood I will pick it up.
