I can see this when I access GH on my phone but not on my computer. On that one all I've gotten for weeks is a message saying I'm not allowed because I'm a spammer

Yes, but I have been unable to track the problem and nobody else has reported that. Everything on my end looks good with your account. I'll continue to try to look into it.
