Punk rocker Jock McDonald, lead singer of The Bollock Brothers, has died in what his bandmate called a "freak swimming accident." McDonald was 69. The news was shared by Bollock Brothers Belgian drummer Pat Pattyn.
I don't know if they are known outside Europe.

I've never heard of him either but I watched a bit of the first video. I liked it.
