Haven't checked to see if this is true on other platforms yet (like GoG or Gamersgate), but I logged in this afternoon after work, VERY pleased and surprised to see that not only the first two Focus Interactive Space Hulk adaptations have been re-released (with patches and some improvements), but also Warhammer Corsair Man-O-War, which bids fair to be the best 3D variation of the Sid Meir Pirates formula so far (despite its rough edges, some of which remain).
Evidently the rights for a ton of earlier Warhammer/40K games (plus some side things like Chainsaw Warrior and Dark Future) have been bought by SNEG for re-release. The full Steam list can be found in this bundle here:

Legacy branches still remain for at least some of the entries. Some haven't (yet?) gotten any modernization upgrades (Dark Future for example, which is still being sold full price US$25, not on sale.) Some entries not (yet?) included like 40K Regicide (chess). Original game engines for Dawn of War 1 and 2 (with full combined expansion/sequels packaged) ARE included (although those don't seem to include any bug-fixes/upgrades. Which makes sense, because they have modern adaptations recently available or on the way already.)
40K: Armageddon (and its DLCs packaged) IS included, which I suppose means Matrix/litherine won't be selling it anymore...? Ah, nope, it's still published by Slitherine. Yet has new Warhammer Classic marketing text. No code updates. Ditto Sanctus Reach.
40K Battlefleet Gothic: Armada IS included, but not Armada II (so far?)
This is good news. I just got a press update regarding WH40K from Slitherine too and will post it separately, as there are discounts for those looking to pick up quality games at a sale price.
