Just saw this. Looks like engine from Ardennes game ported over and expanded to Russia starting in November of 1941 (game is titled Twilight in the East). A large number of scenarios of various sizes played at battalion level (I think I saw something that looked like entire front)! Tons of improvements (or complications depending on your viewpoint) to the engine.
Video is a bit hard to understand at times as it is Vic doing the talking.

Oh, nice, they're gonna bridge their Barbie game and their Case Blue game?
I have all 4 previous DC games. Take my money!
A lot of big news out of Slitherine/Matrix. New DLC releases for Flashpoint Campaigns and Combat Mission Cold War, as well as announcement of Strategic Command Korea!
While I have never been a big fan of Battlefront's StratCom series, nor when Matrix/litherine updated and expanded the series, I do respect it a lot, and the idea of a Korean War version is intriguing. Not many strategy games in that field!
Still no freaking cm3 news though

That's not a DLC for CMCW. It is a no-code-changes scenario pack.
There has never been a single fix for BAOR, although the bugs have been collected. People are pissed.

I know it's another well worn western front game but really hoped he would do a market garden game next could do some awesome things with that engine on that setting
Technically someone could use the Barbarossa engine to do a mod -- I think I recall it being designed for that purpose? (I've slept since playing DC:Barbie. )

Actually the Ardennes engine would be much more appropriate. It's at the battalion level which works with Market Garden much better than a division or regiment level engine.
