Having played it 12 years ago and loved it, and then lost it, ive finally tracked one down.
Many discussions were had with Jarhead over at WG about finding one - it arrived this morning - hope it works on Win7!!
It purrs like a kitten on my Win7-64bit system, geek. Enjoy! Maybe do an AAR for us in the AAR forum!
There is also a version for the iPad that is pretty fantastic.
