The CM series since Normandy is the best WW I tactical engune out there, even if LB can't beat it.

Don't feel bad LB. This game has handed me my own butt quite regularly and not in the kind, considerate way that CMBN did but very rudely. Past CM games were honerable opponents. This game is more like a crazed psyco-killer. I feel it's stalking me everytime I play. But the new maps and terrain is great along with all the new toys.

Good review.  But I haven't seen anyone make a good case that the game is so much better than CMBN that it is worth paying full price for.

Price is certainly a "marketing" issue more than a "game" one.  Also an issue better addressed in forums than in a review for many reasons.

For me, given the parsimonious Battlefront approach to sales...I probably won't get CMFI until it goes on sale in 2022.
